SOCAL DOA Tournament October 14, 2013 Wrap Up
What started as a normal casuals session on Sunday, October 14, 2013 quickly became a full blown tournament as some of the best DOA players in SoCal came together in beautiful Inglewood, California. The event was hosted by Blackknight2000, BloodBurger and 1CRN and became the inaugural stream for Socal DOA on Twitch . Beginning in the early evening quickly became a late nigh battle royale of amazing battles, but in the end the group Attack From Disadvantage (AFD) reigned supreme as they took the top 3 spots in the impromptu Tournament.
Taking the top spot was AFD TB Hajin Shinobi, a formidable champion in the southern California DOA scene who has often taken the prize at Wednesday Night Fights in Walnut California. In second place was AFD A1RGEAR and in third AFD ThatOneAznJosh, reaffirming AFD's dominance in the DOA fight game. But it was newcomer Sonic THP who turned a few heads with his impressive Hayate/Ein play that enabled him to clinch the fourth place spot.
It was a night of top tier matches for the first time event by SoCal DOA in what will soon become the stream of choice for Dead Or Alive professional play. Check out videos of the losers and winners finals here:
